1. Overview

Thank you for shopping at Arif’s Book.
We aim to provide high-quality books and products to all our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a fair and simple return & refund process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Note: Books with physical damage caused after delivery or products used by the customer cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Books damaged due to misuse.

  • Items with missing pages after delivery confirmation.

  • Free gifts or promotional items (such as gift dānboxes) except in cases of manufacturing defects.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are processed through:

    • Mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad)

    • Bank transfer

    • Store credit (if preferred by customer)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong products delivered.

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement of the same product if it is available in stock.
Replacements are shipped within 2–3 business days after approval.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the product has been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request.
